Following the Tunisian couple of referees, the African handball Confederation has a second female couple of referees with IHF level. Miss Ngo Bayila Odette and Miss Nguinzong Awoume Christine registered themselves for the first time during All Africa Games, Alger 2007. After their Algerian experience, the couple went to the Tunisian town Hammamet in June 2008 as official participants in GRTP course.

After going through the first stage of this course successfully, they took part in the mediteranien Games held in Turkey also as part of GRTP. After they had failed in the Shuttle run in March 2009 in Cameroon during their promotion examination, they took part in the continental level course organised in June 2009 in Cotonou.

As a result, they got their confederal level and obtained the first position among their female colleagues. This position qualified them for being among refereesselected for Africa Cup for Winners cup held in Cotonou from 6 to 17 May 2009. As benefits of their courage, they went through the final stage of their training in Cairo (Egypt), passing the Shuttle run test and become holders of IHF level under the supervision of the International handball Federation instructor Mandfred prause. As it is often said where there is a will there is a way, the two courageous ladies have today become referees of high level.
