For ten years now the Angolan female team is leading African Handball. The team is leading at national as well as international level. Angolan coach Moura Pereira and his players, who participated in the World Championship held in China during which they took the 11th position, are going to Egypt to confirm their supremacy in African Handball. Among the 7 other national teams that will be present during this 19th edition of Africa nations Championship which will be held in Cairo, the Angolan female team will try to defeat Fernandes Isabel Sambovo and her team mates on the podium.

Portray of Ivorian feminine team

As second African Champion in 2008, Côte d’Ivoire will participate for the 12th time in Africa Nations Championship feminine in Egypt. With good will, Ivorians are going to win for the 3rd time after their two victories in Morocco in 1987 and in Benin in 1996. The Ivorian female handball with its ten very talented, devoted and professional players will play hard to break the supremacy of Angola. As the second best goal scorer with 65 goals scored during the 2009 World Championship held in China, the Ivorian pivot Paula Bredou Gondo (sociétaire de Toulon Saint-Cyr, D1 France) has already announced the colours of her country. The situation is the same with Elodie Mamba of Merignac (D2 France). The best goals corer of CAN 2008 in Angola has not changed. Her 52 goals scored in China prove it. Supported by their team mates namely Kouyo Rachel, Dosso Alimata, Karamoko Awa, Guédé Yohou Christiane, Tagro Marie-Josée, Abogny Robéace and others, the Ivorian female handball players will play with their Angolese and Tunisian sisters who are regular participants of the continental Trophy. In addition to good offensive strategies of his team, the Ivorian coach Therry Vincent can get many goals by selecting Kangah Gladys (Toulouse D1 France), Koffi Christine (Mérignac D2 France) or Zady Edwige (Africa Sport Abidjan). Though Côte d’Ivoire is playing in group A with strong teams like Tunisia, Algeria and Cameroon, it will certainly win the preliminary round.

Portray of Cameroonian feminine team

Nyetchochk Célestine and her team mates promise to do better in Egypt after the mistake they made during the 18th edition in Angola. The Cameroonian female team which has never got the chance to climb the podium will do better than the previous editions. Tagomo Marie Thèrese, Essam Michele, Kamkuimo Mireille and others are working hard for some months now to top the group A. Without much ado, we can simply say that the Cameroonians are determined to set a record in Egypt

Since 2006, the Congolese feminine team has become the third force in Africa. They will be present at this 19th edition with determination to defeat their Angolan Sisters who are leading African feminine handball. In order to achieve their aim, the players are training hard for some times now under the supervision of their coach

Portray of Democratic Republic of Congo feminine team

The national feminine players of the Democratic Republic of Congo are regular participants in Africa Nations Championship for some times now. Isn’t true that practice makes perfect?. The Tunisian national team which is mainly composed of professional players from France, Denmark and Norway is in group A with Ivorian, Cameoonian and Algeria. Coach cherif Fathi’s players who reached the 4th rank in Angola are at the rendez-vous to better in African feminine handball
